There are ample opportunities for both summer and winter activities to occur within the boundaries of the property.  As well, The Ranch can serve as a gathering point or base for many  pursuits.

There is great potential to extend The Ranch's usage as a venue for certain local activities and festivals such as the Birds and Bears Festival etc. In  fact, planning has already started for hosting a major World Championship Hang Gliding and Paragliding event at The Ranch should all the necessary supports and components fall into place.
